VP, Lead Product Designer

As Product Design Lead for J.P. Morgan, Mobility Payments Solutions, I oversee the design strategy and execution for innovative, multi-party commerce solutions within the automotive and mobility industries.

Redefined Onboarding Process

Spearheaded a comprehensive redesign of the onboarding process, doubling the capacity for onboarding from 50 applications per month to 100, while improving customer satisfaction.

Innovation Leadership

Led the design of a pioneering solution enabling drivers to make secure, seamless payments directly from their car’s infotainment system, advancing J.P. Morgan’s presence in the automotive payments ecosystem.

Checkout enhancement

Led service design within the Lloyd’s of London digital transformation program, Future at Lloyd’s. Visualized and clarified an end to end service journey driving market participants and third party suppliers towards a data driven business process. Threading design, product and technology perspectives the blueprint accelerated strategic decisions and iteratively fed market engagement loops to co-create and align adoption plans for London Market participants.

Led a team of 4 designers to launch and grow DC Universe, a multi-channel super app for comic book fans, ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences (Web, iOS, Android, 10ft).

Collaborated with product managers and engineers to define product strategy and KPIs, aligning design with business goals.

User Research

Established a user research team within Warner Media’s tech division to integrate end-user insights into product strategy and usability improvements.

Conducted generative and evaluative research for DC Comics, Ellen, Wizarding World, and e-commerce platforms, driving data-informed decisions.

Senior Designer

Led design on digital product projects with a special focus on integrating design sprints into client engagements at this innovation consultancy. Creatively executed ideas for digital product, motion design, corporate branding, consumer packaging, and editorial design.
